Greater than one weekGreat thickness. You know when you go to wire your DVC sub and you have to try to cram (2) wires together in your subwoofer terminal? This is that good, solid thickness that barely fits! This is good quality wire. The ONLY gripe is when soldering, insulation melts far too easy from heat. I can deal with this but it is worth noting.

> 3 dayI used this to run some heavy 12 gauge copper wire for new brakes added to a trailer. Knowing that my brake controller could easily pulse out intermittently up to 20 amps I wanted to get the full force of braking. This wire was well made and very beefy in the copper as bright and shiny as it should be. Very good stranded copper wire absolutely 12 gauge or maybe even a little bigger and a very high quality sheathing on top of it. I absolutely would buy this again.

> 3 dayI got some wire. Yay! These days you need to check everything twice right on delivery or you may get screwed. Weight is about correct for the 12 awg 100ft 2-conductor wire. Given that copper has more weight than pvc or the spool. Thank you very much! The other day I bought some wire somewhere else but it was 10% short of the advertising. Do they have different length definitions in different countries? Just asking for a friend.

09-06-2025Price great ! Insulation well made strips easily for making connection with proper wire stripper. I have Klein wire strippers and my 12 GA stripper matched wire perfectly so you get actual wire gauge with this GS product from my experience. 12 gauge to power my infinity reference two speakers overkill but at this price so what!

> 3 dayI made extension cords for my solar panels using this and power pole connectors. They work great, and you can never have too many extension cords for outdoor portable use.
