Put this in a entry level gaming laptop. Works just fine.

Once the item came took it out of the package and installed on my laptop 15r3. Booted the computer up and it registered that I put it in have 8 more gigs now everything was good no issues.

always use g.skill as my go to memory manufacture, always a good price for performance brand.

Put these in my Samsung Notebook 7 Spin and it can do so much more than it used to! It can even do a some light gaming with games like Warframe, Deep Rock Galactic, and Redout in addition to what it could do before!

Waste of money, it worked for like a week then my computer would not boot again so I took the memory out of it and problem solved but I cant use the memory.

Recently purchased an Acer Aspire 5, with Ryzen 3 CPU, and needed a memory upgrade. Have used G.Skill memory before on another laptop upgrade and that module performed well. This 8 GB module was easily installed. After booting, surprised to learn the chips are high quality Hynix. Everything working fine.
