Well made. Its actually a bit heavier than I would like, but if it were lighter it wouldnt be as sturdy as it is. Unless I lose it, I dont thing I will ever need to buy another!

This pull fob is great . Its thin so fits good with your keys. So you always have it on you and ready to use. I kept miss placing the plastic one I have. The best part Its Made in the USA.

Great, sturdy product. I carry two non-encapsulated benadryl, an aspirin, a stomach acid med, 2 naproxen, and anxiety medication all in the standard sized pill fob. Glad I didnt go with the mini. I no longer have to carry a backpack simply to house my emergency medication. I suspect that over time, intense heat can radiate into my fob and ruin my pills - this has not happened, and I will update my review in a few months to show he results. My key ring has gotten a little heavier and now makes a thud when it hits the ground, but I know that if I or anyone else hits the ground then I will be prepared. Now if only there was an easier way to transport epi-pens...

Made to last forever - have tried others and there is no comparison - this IS the best. I wish everyone made quality products like this.

Awesome, had one long ago by same maker. They are lighter now due to better machining.

First, it does not take standard toothpicks; you must snap off about 1/4 of the length to make them fit. Second, it does not screw back on easily as you must carefully start aligning the threads. For the price - not worth it!

Bought the GUS pill fob (original size) to replace a cheap aluminum pill fob that gave out (threading stripped) within a couple of months. This is much slimmer than what I had before, but still allows me to fit 3 capsules that are each approximately 19mm long. This fits on my key ring without being too bulky in my pocket. Overall the quality of the materials and machining/build are much better than what I had before. This feels very solid and it appears to be built to last a long time (and is backed by a lifetime guarantee). This costs three times the price of the cheaper one I had before, but well worth it based on the quality. One other note to watch out for with the cheaper pill fobs. The one I had before this one would get a light dust coating on pills that were kept inside. Maybe it was the aluminum dust from the stripped threads or maybe something else. I washed and dried out the old one several times but still kept coming back - obviously not something you want to ingest with your medication. The GUS pill fob does not have this issue. Overall, more expensive than many others but in this case you really get a much better quality product.
