The small Nitro bottle fits perfectly and the fob is the perfect size to carry in you front pants pocket and isnt too heavy. Dont let the price keep you from buying this Fob. I looked at many other brands and types from other companies and this product the best on the market, hands down. I keep my house key on it so its always a reminder when I leave the house that I have my Nitro with me.

Greater than one weekEvery few days the canister fob unscrews and falls apart spilling my pills on the ground.
