Very festive and easy to put up. Really helps with the party spirit.

I would give this five stars because the colors were nice and bright and there was variety in decor, but you have to put the little plastic hanger thing in the swirlies and whatnot and when you are already putting together a party the last thing you have time for is putting in the extra time for assembling.

Well made, colorful, and neatly packaged. I am very impressed by the quality. Decorations can easily be saved and reused as well.

for the price I guess its fine... but the twirly thingies broke as breaking them apart.... and the HAPPY BIRTHDAY cards kept on getting out of the string.

This isnt the top of the line party package, but I wasnt looking for that. I did want variety and something different for one time use. The package does include a nice variety of decorating items. The color selections dont allow you to choose more traditional masculine colors, got a lot of pink, purple & light teal blue. The colors are bright and cheerful. The metallic swirl like streamers were comparable to what Ive gotten in other decorating packages except you have to put the hooks on them. The hanging confetti polka dots, were cute but very flimsy. Basically thin card stock with a narrow string between them. The honeycomb pom poms were a nice touch and offered a variety of dimension in decorating. This is a decent low end party pack, but may suit more customers with better color options.

The pictures always make these things look larger than they really are, the only I enjoyed was the ball décor, everything else was not really worth the purchase.

The quality is very low! Some of these banners, the paper is literally thin construction paper! The HAPPY and BIRTHDAY banner are reusable as are the Foil spinners and very small (4 inch) tissue balls. Not very satisfied, but I didnt read the description too well...

I used this for my daughter’s 6th birthday. I used all of the items (the picture only shows a few). I didn’t expect much because of the price but was absolutely surprised at the vibrant colors, size and how durable everything is. It’s been 4 days and I don’t want to take them down they’re so darn cute. Will be purchasing again.
