> 24 hourTo take full advantage of this awesome speaker, be sure to install the HK Connect app. The app allows you to connect two or more Studio 4 speakers (up to 100+) all from one Bluetooth source and guides you on how to setup either Stereo or Party mode. Stereo mode is obviously configured as two separate channels (L&R) where Party mode is full sound out of both speakers with no left or right separation. If youre on the fence about buying and think you should shop around more, dont! These speakers garner attention where ever I go. First thing they mention is sound quality, then how deep and distortion-free the bass is and lastly, how clear it sounds (better than Bose). Oh yeah, almost forgot... when I show them the HK app and can distinguish a Left & Right channel. They are BLOWN!

> 24 hourLet me start by saying, I am not an audiophile by any stretch. I wanted a speaker that could get loud in a medium sized room. This speaker does that. What I didnt expect was how much I apparently care about the quality of the sound. With this speaker, the sound is not muffled and it doesnt break up at loud volume but it just doesnt sound high quality. I very much doubt this item is counterfeit but the sound quality is what I would expect from a medium sized no name made in China speaker. I will keep it, but I feel like at $130 I paid full price. There is no possible way this is a speaker someone would pay $200 on up for and be happy. As far as the function of the speaker, it works fine. No connection issues. Long bt range. You can adjust the bass by holding volume down and Bluetooth bottons but it doesnt help. The phone volume is controlled by the speaker when using Bluetooth. So you cant be in a situation where your phone volume is down causing poor sound. I havent seen that mentioned so I am mentioning it here. I think I should have either shelled out the $300 for the Awia or gotten a $200 Bose. I would recommend this speaker at about $60. Certainly not $130. I am very suspicious of all the positive reviews, videos and otherwise. I do not suspect my unit is defective.

> 24 hourTengo conectados 2 y funcionan excelente...lástima la duración de la batería, me ha durado máximo 4 horas con todo el volumen, aunque el tiende a bajarle la intensidad del subwoofer cuando está con batería.

> 24 hourWhen my Bose Soundlink original developed trouble charging, either old battery or faulty plug-in, I opted for the HK Onyx as a replacement. I love this thing. Not as small and protable, but fuller, deeper sound, and with a hidden handle makes it easy to grab and carry. A single charging lasts or hours at moderate volume. Power connection port and battery is more robust and will outlast the Bose.

> 24 hourThis thing is great. It was quick and easy to set up. They give you multiple plug-in types so not just United States but other countries as well. No complaints and the sound is really nice.

> 24 hourThere are wireless Bluetooth speakers that cost several times the price of this and the Onyx 4 beats the tar out of them. I have two of these now. I first was introduced to them while sitting in a breakfast place in Portland and though someone was playing acoustic guitar behind me, I kept turning around and no one was there. The third time I saw this weird thing sitting on a reach-in cooler. I used my phone to look it up and bought it. Never looked back. I have them in both of the major rooms in my house, transmitting computer audio, podcasts, guitar practice tracks. The sound is amazing, full-range with smooth base. Its hard to believe how great these sound given their size.

> 24 hourIt is larger than I expected but that was my fault. Its not so compact so pay attention to the measurements the picture looks smaller than its actually size. But its has a great sound very pleased with it.

> 24 hourSound quality is decent. My gripe is about the connectivity. I bought two of these. The HK connect works, but it’s when you leave the area that the problems start. When you leave the home it disconnects (as expected) but when you re-enter the area the speakers recognize that you’re there but they don’t connect to your device. Then, when you go to your device (In my case my phone) to reconnect it connects but only plays for 30 seconds before it un-syncs automatically. You then have to physically walk up to the speakers to hit the Bluetooth button to reconnect and then use the HK sync. This was just very inconvenient and caused me to return them. If you don’t mind having to physically connect to these each time they might be for you.
