I spent over an hour trying to get this to sync with my Wi-Fi. I know I have 2.4 because I have other things linked to it. Little disappointment, will be returning

Very easy to connect to my Smart Life app and easy to set up.

Make sure you use the Smart Life app. These are so easy to set up. Like having the advantage of two sockets from one outlet. Bought two and both work well with Alexa

Bought these to plug in the Christmas lights and decor and made it extremely handy to turn them on/off. No more bending awkwardly behind a Christmas tree to fumble around for a plug or on/off switch. Ill be using these for lamps and other electronics that dont need to be on all of the time...like a treadmill and/or printer.

Product is as expected. Downloaded HBN app, plugged in plug, held one of front buttons down to go into pairing mode, followed app instructions and presto it works. Moving into Alexa app very easy as well! Recommended for the ease of set up for sure!!

It took me about an hour to figure out how to connect to Wifi. The title of the product says its a Wifi extender. is that so? The app cant read the products QR codes

Bought this smart double plug to control under cabinet LEDs in our kitchen. I was already frustrated that the lights were taking 2 outlets and I didnt want to have to use 2 smart plugs - this was the perfect solution! It plugs in to a single plug and was super simple to set up with our Google Home. Its been about a week and so far no issues, just a much more convenient life! Will definitely consider HBN smart plugs in the future because their systems are so simple to set up and their configurations are so unique.

Just received my dual outlet smart plug. I downloaded the the Smart Life app and was connected in a few minutes. I also set up timers for both plugs in less than a minute. Very easy.

I watched videos on Amazon, YouTube and others on YouTube that a QR code on the package directed me to along with reading the enclosed instructions that were in the package. It still took me over two hours to set it up to work remotely. Once I got there it worked as well as any device I use with Alexa and theres the convenience of in effect having an added outlet. Id buy it again.

I recently bought the HBN Smart Plug 15A and it has been a lifesaver! I was using regular plugs in my living room and it always left me feeling frustrated. With the HBN Smart Plug though, I find myself spending less time trying to unplug things and more time enjoying my living room. One particular experience that had me laughing was when I tried to explain this new device to my mom. She didnt understand what Alexa or the WiFi & Bluetooth Outlet Extender was all about, so I jokingly plugged one of her lamps into the socket and told her that I could just ask Alexa to turn it off. Her jaw dropped when she saw it work, and then she asked if this meant she no longer had to get up from her chair every time she wanted to flick a switch! The HBN Smart Plug is easy to install, works well with Alexa and makes life a little bit easier. Highly recommend getting one for your home!
