Greater than one weekI use the heating pad mainly for pain in my lower back and because my back always feels cold. I love all the different choices of time and heat levels. The pad is very flexible and soft making it easy to wrap around my back. The only drawback I have found is that since it is so soft it is a bit slippery making it hard at times to keep it in place. That withstanding, I love it and would buy it again.

It gets really hot and the timer is great, BUT now that I have seen so many comments and pictures with fire risk it does make me a little nervous. Idk if I would fall asleep with it and I gues thats the point of the timer, but God forbid it doesnt turn off. I would say be careful. Once again so far so good
