This actually works on plaster walls when nothing else does. The sharp nail can be hammered directly into walls with very little to no chipping. The hanger can be removed and a very small hole is all that remains. Great product.

Works for heavy framed art

These picture hangers are perfect for hanging anything from small pictures to heavy framed paintings. I’ve used those rated at 30, 50 & 100 lbs and have never had a failure. I use these for all my artwork. I would recommend these hangers for hanging all their cherished pieces.

Have a ladder weighing 20 lbs, but live in an apt so had to be careful that the weight didnt pull the hangars out of the wall. The 100# bearing weight of these hooks may have been more than I needed, but it worked. Better safe than sorry. I realized later that I needed to move the ladder down quite a bit and was a little concerned about marks these nails would leave; however, you actually cant see any holes. I would highly recommend this, especially if you live in an apt.

I used two of these anchors to hang a very large painting. The painting isn’t incredibly heavy, around 40lbs, but I wanted to be safe since I was not hitting a stud. They were easy to use, they went right into the drywall, and have been doing their job to hold up my painting. None of the nails/brackets were broken like some of the reviews I have seen. Overall, I think they work well.

It is ideal to hang heavy paintings or frames without damaging the wall. Forget about drilling and use bulky anchors.

These picture hooks are AMAZING! They support a LOT of weight, and hold strong and secure to ANY type of wall! I have used many different types of picture hanging hooks over the years. I will NEVER use ANY OTHER hooks again! This is BY FAR THE BEST quality and (easiest) to use!

I had purchased several cast iron pans, seasoned them, and have grown to really really enjoy using them. But they take up a lot of space since they are not really stackable. My solution was to use these hangers. They hold up even my 12in cast iron pan. Most of the pans have helper handles that fit perfectly into the hooks. Strangely enough, the cast iron pans look good as decorations on the wall. Problem solved.

Great hooks! Very sturdy. All hooks and nails came in tact and were accurate. I hung up some artwork that was way lighter than the norm for these hooks (painting weighed 6 or so pounds). But since the painting was based on a heavy piece of wood that was going to be placed over my daughters headboard, I wanted the most secure hooks and nails. Nails went in my apartment walls smoothly and painting is hanging so nicely (and I also feel good that my daughter will be safe in her sleep, lol). I also used the hooks to hang up a shelf unit in my bathroom. I definitely recommend this product.
