This is like getting an expensive handbag. It’s wrapped in branded bags and is almost a work of art. This big pot is heavy, well finished and has the HexClad non stick surface that is guaranteed for a lifetime. It works well with my induction cooktop and will soon be my most used piece of cookware.

First off the packaging is fantastic. The certificate and paper work it comes shows you right from opening it that this is quality. The paper stock is high quality and very thick. The attention to detail is 10/10. The pot comes with its own bag to store or carry in. When I pulled out this pot it was a thing of beauty. This is my second HexClad item and this blew me away even more. Ok enough with the presentation aspect. I seasoned it then I threw in stew meat with flour which always stuck to my stainless. Such a headache but thats a thing of the past. Nothing stuck at all, I was shocked. When it came time to clean it was a breeze. I am in love with this pot if you cant tell. Kudos guys, you knocked it out of the park as far as I am concerned! Oh yeah you can use metal untensil in a non-stick! Mind blown!!!

This pot is thick and sturdy. Very high quality. Weve cooked some soups and stews and theyve done great in this pot. Large enough to double my usual recipe.

We are totally thrilled with our HexClad cookware. It heats quickly and it cleans up so easy. You can just wipe it out with a paper towel and it looks like new. Eggs dont stick, cheese doesnt stick and everything cooks very evenly. I know these are expensive, but you wont regret treating yourself to the luxury of cooking with HexClad!

We have a bunch of non-stick pans that weve used for years, and it was recently that I took a good look at my T-Fal saucepan... Im realizing that the coating is breaking down after the past 3 years of near daily use. I started to look into Stainless Steel, but I wasnt looking forward to scrubbing them clean when food sticks and burns on it. Then I looked at this HexClad 8-quart Saucepan and I think I have found my next great cookware. It came nicely boxed and protected, and the glass lid and pot had no blemishes or rough edges. The inside of the pot is a nice textured dark grey, and is supposed to be a mix of ceramics and diamond dust for non-stick performance. The same coating is present on the outside of the pot as well. Your first use asks for the pot to be seasoned with a tablespoon of vegetable oil on medium-low; after that, I decided to try making a Chili Mac to test it out. Sweating down some chopped onions and celery showed no obvious hot spots, and adding in the tomatoes and tomato sauce and cooking things down for an hour went fine. I like the glass lid since I can see inside the pot easily. The meal prep went fine, and when I went to wash up the pot, it was a breeze... a quick rinse out, soap to clean and final rinse left it in great shape. There were no discoloration from the acids in the tomato puree, and no burnt spots on the bottom. It has a nice hefty weight, and is a great size for sauces and stews. I definitely will be looking at more Hexclad products in the future!

I love this pot. It’s amazing. For starters, the glass lid offers a clear view of whats simmering inside. Its a handy feature that allows me to keep an eye on the cooking progress without lifting the lid, and avoids my chicken and dumpling “disappearing” problem when the dumplings go away before the chicken is done. Second, the stay cool handles are a real game-changer. They offer a firm and comfortable grip, sparing me the hassle of searching for oven mitts in the midst of a bustling kitchen. The handles remain cool to the touch, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. Now, onto the capacity. With its generous 10-quart size, this stock pot is a true workhorse. It provides ample room for whipping up large batches of soups, stocks, or stews to feed a hungry crowd. Whether its a family gathering or a dinner party, this pot has got you covered. However, I must highlight a couple of aspects that give me pause. Firstly, the pots weight can be a bit hefty, which might require some extra muscle when handling it. Secondly, Ive noticed that the heat distribution could be more consistent. Despite these minor drawbacks, this stock pot remains a reliable companion for preparing hearty and satisfying meals in significant quantities. It’s gonna be around a long long time.

This pan lives up to the advertising. It is well packaged and presented well coming out, and the finish is amazing. You can tell unboxing it that it is a premium product. Upon washing it and getting it ready I was excited to get cooking. It was easy to get going, nothing needed to jump right in and use it like most cast iron. I did use oil as recommended, and my food turned out amazing. Using lower heat than most pans nothing stuck and the food was great. Ill be looking to get more HexClad pans in the future!

Ive had the set of three fry pans with lids for a month or so and I was so impressed with them, I purchased this pot and lid a couple of weeks later and couldnt be happier. Ive used this pot a number of times on both a gas flame and an infrared electric cook top and it performed well on both heat sources. After reading the user instructions which accompanied the pot and watching numerous video reviews, I saw where reviewers who obviously either didnt read or decided to ignore the simple seasoning procedure and then say it isnt as Non-stick as some other pans. Ive cooked pasta with sauce, made soups and stews, including searing the stew meat in this pot. The results have been delicious. In all situations, so far, clean-up has been little more than a bit of hot water and if needed, a drop of dishwashing liquid and your done. I like the fact that the hybrid coating extends up the inside walls as well as the bottom of the pans. Makes keeping the bottom clean for better, more even heat distribution. The workmanship and the quality of materials youll find with this, will insure it will become an essential tool in your kitchen.

Not only is worth the money you pay for this and that it has lifetime warranty, but the fact that there’s a lot for every need. I got all the pots that they make and I use them all but this one is the king because it makes easy to cook for lots of people or meals that need a big space.
