> 24 hourThis is a very well made leather case for a safety razor. There is not a loose stitch or hanging thread anywhere on it. The leather is not really thick but it is more than enough for its purpose. The leather is soft which is great because it wont dull the blade. I use this for my Vikings Blade Emperor Augustus razor that has a very thick handle and this fits it without any problem. I would not use this for everyday storage as any case will keep the razor wet and cause damage but it is perfect for storing while traveling.

> 24 hourCame looking exactly like the photos- veiny, grainy, and kinda stiff. I could barely get the flap through the loop once Id put my razor inside. I wasnt pleased. But after a few of layers of Nivea face creme massage in with my fingers, it became dark, soft, and pliable. Now its PERFECT. I shave with a Merkur MK34C. Thats a short handle, and it fits perfectly. This case isnt going to work for you long handle guys though.
