Perfect replacement for my Hitachi 22EAB Trimmer & 24EAP Blower. Complete air filter assembly with new fuel primer bulb and air filter element included. Cheaper than buying the ala carte parts. Simple 10 minute install gave my trimmer and blower new life. Two mounting screws, two easy hose connections and you’re up and running. Good time to replace the spark plugs with the Champion CJ6 two pack. Tip: completely clean carburetor assembly of all debris before disconnecting old assembly. I used light compressed air and finished with brake parts cleaner so no debris would enter

This was easy to replace. An animal ( I suspect a rat) chewed my last one. Removed and replaced. Started up on the 4th pull.

The Hitachi 6696549 T/CG24EASPSL Air Cleaner Assembly fits the Hitachi RB24EAP Leaf Blower perfectly. The replacement is rather simple, just two screws to remove the assembly and two fuel lines need disconnected / reconnected. My reason for the replacement was a ruptured primer bulb (seven years old) and a failed foam air filter. The entire assembly is less expensive than the primer bulb and air filter plus you also get a band new choke assembly.

This part has it all in one shot. I tried replacing just the primer bulb with a universal bulb wasn’t happening. Nightmare trying to get in there with small spaces to work with well I ended up breaking the plastic housing the bulb sits in. I found this unit on Amazon took a chance and wow! It was everything in one shot. No hassles at all. I would highly recommend this product for sure worth every cent.
