> 24 hourOkay, any pro welders out there are going to laugh at me, but this may help some other amateur like myself. I ran out of .030 wire and had some of this sitting around. So with my C25 bottle hooked up I tried welding mild steel with it. It turned out really bad. Really bad texture. So the obvious answer is, dont use stainless wire on mild steel. The parallel issue is, get a different inert mix, or only use it on stainless, or both. Anyway, I cant blame the product, and it is made with the same quality as other Hobart products.
