> 24 hourWhen I was young and lived in New Jersey I can remember the very rich people using a product like this at the Jersey Shore. Of course I wanted one as well. Now that I live in the State of Florida it is more important than not to have a product lie this for several reasons. One of course is the beauty of it, its so elegant and actually makes you feel good using it and its quite practical a well, especially in the Sun Shine State where sometimes the sun shines a little too much and it soon becomes Id cooking state, so having this beautiful product to protect you from the heat of the Sun and still feel like a lady is wonderful. It certainly is very well made, great to use dressed up or not, its always ready for you. Easy to put in your car just incase. I really like it and I love the entire look of it, not like my Moms old one from way back when. I think you will really like this product and I truly recommend it to you. Very beautiful, very useful. Product received for a honest review.

> 24 hourSuper cute. I bought this as a gift and I like it! Actually blocks UV with the black inner layer. Came with a carrying bag too! Folds strange, but once you figure it out its easy! Color is as pictured for the pink.

> 24 hourIts a cute parasol, but its nearly impossible to fold twice back once you open it. I have to store it in a closet standing or else in fear it may break.

> 24 hourI was kindly sent this product for honest reviewing purposes. * First important note: Because of the non-waterproof lace layer, Im pretty sure this is not a waterproof umbrella - its intended as a sun protector parasol. * What it looks like closed: This umbrella has a really weird closing mechanism, where the end of the prongs of the umbrella fold upwards when the umbrella is closed (ie in the opposite direction that they should be when it opens). This means that when you open it the first ever time, you may have to hold all the prongs downwards in the right direction to coax the umbrella into opening up in the right direction... not ideal. But I found it remembers to open in the right way after the first time. Closed, it measures about 34cm end to end.. if you can ever manage to close it to this size again after opening it the first time :/ * About the materials: The exterior material a really pretty floral lace (not waterproof) with some glittery sparkle to it. Behind the holey lace layer is a shiny metallic-coloured layer. It looks very elegant. The interior is black and a little bit shiny. * About the closure: It wraps closed with a press-stud clasp. I was however unable to fold it back with the upfold mechanism after opening it for the first time - the pronts just wouldnt fold back upwards and insisted on staying down - so I cant close it into the compact form. In any case, I do feel like the upfold method may get the umbrella quite creased so maybe its for the best that I cant get it to upfold again. Instead of folding it to the 34cm size, I manage to half close it to the less compact 59cm length, tied up with the stud-clasp. * About the handle: The handle is a comfortable length, comfortable to grip and is pretty too. * About opening it: Its a manual, not automatic, so you open it old-style by pushing the umbrella open. Its a bit stiff to click into place and made some tightening-fabricy-crinkly-creaky noises as it reached full-open stretch. It requires a little bit of force to get it to click into locked open position. * Canopy size: Its a nice size - erring on the smaller side. I measured the open-canopy to be around 85cm in diameter. * Overall: Very pretty, girly and lacey - I really like the look of this parasol and it does a good job of keeping you shaded from the sun. I would have prefered it if the interior were a lighter colour rather than black and and if the closing mechanism didnt involve the weird upfolding-bit, and closed more easily into a compact form, but other than those points for improvement, its a very pretty parasol.

> 24 hourI really love this umbrella. Compact enough to carry with me all the time or leave me my car. Stylish enough that people know I am not some weirdo carrying an umbrella during the hot summer months in Georgia. I look forward to many days and hours in the sun without all that UV crap raining on my delicate skin.

> 24 hour5 stars for the umbrella itself. Gorgeous! All the umbrella in this lace line are truly stunning. I have both the light pink as well as the black (the black I ordered from a different seller here on Amazon). They are even more gorgeous in person than any of the photos I had seen online before ordering. They are surprisingly strong and durable but DO take your time to slowly and carefully figure out how to open and close them correctly the first few times you use them. Why? Because they have a VERY unique inside-out type of folding system to them. Easy to use, but just take your time and care to get use to it in the beginning. They fold down ultra compact and come with a beautiful matching lace case. I LOVE these umbrellas and highly recommend them. I think the price point is a bit high here, you could probably find cheaper elsewhere. Well, they say a picture says a thousand words... so I wanted to share with you just how lovely these umbrellas are (as you can see in the 3 attached photos). NOTE: These are my personal photos and they may not be taken and used for any other purposes.
