this is one of the best products i’ve used! i use it at the gym on my stomach and have noticed such a difference!

I havent had an issue with my skin, although I dont have sensitive skin. Although it has a smell its not harsh & I cant smell it through my waist trainer.

I have a week or 2 of trying this product out. I will say that the smell is there, as some say. I do like the smell, so it does not bother me. The cream does work, but I feel that i have to add a good amount to feel its effect. I will continue to use it, and see how it really works at the end.

This stuff really works gives my workout the extra heat it needed.

I like the smell

Its not going to help you lose a ton of weight. I use it mainly if I have a big event coming up and I want to get rid of my double chin or get rid of a little pudge but its not going to keep it away and you have to start a couple days ahead but if you use it right and get the job done for the evening

This is definitely hit . The hotter you are, the hotter it is on you! I live in the desert, so trust me when I say, it gets hot and when you come indoors it could back down but you can still feel the heat. What I like about it though is that that sensation does just go away,like you apply it its hot then it stops, No! This stays working for some hours! I havent worn it to workout I yet and it does all that so just imagine. Im not sure how some people burned their skin with this. May e they were High when using this, idk but Ive used it several times and even when when at a carnival Im 100degree weather. Zero burns. Im sensitive skinned. I am also an Aesthetician so theres that! They were just doing something stupid. If you wanna use trainers when using the hot cream, then put the Trainor over the clothes or like some of the comments say 1st put on a layer of plastic wrap. But my other personal opinion would be to add it with some 48 hr Nivea cream or vanicream... if you felt that level of burn you shouldve checked. The rest of us are using it safely and just applying normally even with trainers. As far as weight loss Im a thick vegan so Im not changing how I eat. I do stay active and try to wk out 2-3 times per week. (Im also a mother) I cant say I see a drastic difference, but Ive only applied it a few times havent worn it with anything but a girdle and walked some miles in the mall. Not cardio. Yet I have notice a slight flitting at the top of my stomach. It works and dont let no one talk you out of trying it. Its one of the most affordable and a great sz. It does what its supposed to do now u need to do the rest and please especially for fat & fluid to drain out the body through bladder&kidneys, DRINK WATER. DONT ADD ANYTHING TO IT UNLESS ITS A SQUEEZE OF LEMON,LIME ,WATERMELON OR CUCUMBER! NO HONEY OR ANYTHING ELSE. HELP YOUR BODY HELP YOU! LOVE YALL

It does what it says

Is not burning hot. It gives a nice warm feeling specially when working out, plus leave the skin soft and moisturize. Will buy it again.

Perfect for cardio and wearing in the abdominal area with a neoprene belt.
