I got this because I know AMD and I needed a super light weight travel laptop. But it bothers me when I can get solid technical information on something Im looking to buy. Motherboard schematics, Drive read/write speed ect. So, Im attaching some of that sort of info here. These numbers are from before I upgraded it. I added 8GB DDR4 and replaced the hard drive with a 500GB Hynix Gold m.2.

So I received this laptop and as soon as I had booted it up it had given me a warning signal saying that the fans might not be working.

It’s definitely a functional laptop. Was it worth $500? No. It rarely connects to internet and constantly allows other devices to take priority, it is already snapping on its hinges, and the touchpad never stops sticking. I can not stress enough how NOT worth your money this laptop is.

my graphic is bad i dont know whats wrong with AMD RADEON GRAPHIC it keeps crashing, I cant even play euro truck simulator or any games. every time im trying to play a game it crash in the beginning. I dont know whats wrong.

I love its processing speed, fast download, light and neat. Excellent graphics.

Purchase It for my son to replace his old laptop. He didnt have any complaints, so I think this computer should be fine.

It does not have all the features of my other hps. Small keyboard missing numbers on the side no internet direct connection. Set up takes a long time. Not worth the money. And this company does not return or exchange
