Love the ease of this computer and that it has 10 key punch

What a piece of crap. We were just buying this as a cheapie computer to get us by till we could afford a much better one. Cheap is the right term. This is the worst computer Ive ever owned. We got a notebook computer a year ago for 150 that performs better than this. Just spend the extra money and get something good, or apparently downgrade and get something cheaper. This is the last HP we buy.

Very good gift no issues

No problems with this Laptop. Ive read some reviews complaining about the keyboard being hard to see but Ive had no problem. When It gets dark at night I just turn on a light which I do anyway at night even if Im not on the laptop. Its probably mostly older people who cant see so well anymore complaining. Im old too but fortunately my eyes arent that bad yet.

Pros:

I sent back a laptop computer I ordered from them. Didnt work and was full of scratches - sounded like the fan was going out. They accepted my refund but didnt refund me the entire amount - they shorted me $106.87 from the amount I paid - never again will I ever recommend this company.

Ours does not hold its charge as long as stated.

I have had HP computers for several years. The last laptop I bought has been good but was always extremely slow in starting up, printing and visiting web sites. I decided to try this one out and I absolutely love it. It starts up within a few seconds once started. Prints nearly twice as fast as my old one and does the surfing very quickly. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice PC that works well.

Freezes regularly and does this thing where the screen goes black for a few seconds at least once a day. Not worth it.
