Will not let sign up or configure

this computer will not be of any use after a year or so even with no viruses the computer is slow... turtle slow and only 18% of my storage is used up.. do not buy this computer!!!!!

Goodbye iPad, laptop, and the desktop computer with a chunky space-eating block... This HP computer is beautiful and space-saving all in one. It worked immediately and I could use it right away and have never had such a user-friendly computer. It does NOT have a touch screen on this model, and the mouse and keyboard are wired.

This is a home office must have. The camera and microphone quality for zoom meetings works great. The only problem is it has a hard time running most games. Especially steam games. If you’re trying to get a gaming computer, DO NOT BUY THIS! If you’re looking for something for work from home or school and on a budget, definitely get!

HP Computer works fine but the keyboard was a “lemon”. Called customer service and they would not replace it and said I had to call HP myself which I did about 4 times. Over a month has gone by and I still don’t have another keyboard. I’m using one from my husband’s computer! Not at all happy.

I love my computer good for the price, I use it for work and school relates so far its working well.

I thought this was a pretty cheap price for a desktop, but I went ahead with it because we just needed a basic family computer to check emails, etc. I have had bad experiences with HP products before, but I thought, its so cheap. Well, you get what you pay for. Right out of the box it had issues, slow startup, apps freeze, sites fail to load. After going through a bunch of troubleshooting I scrubbed the hard drive and reloaded the OS, with no effect on performance. Its just a lemon. Of course, after all this the box/packing is gone and it would be a pain to try to return. I guess HP is hoping, like me, you realize too late that their product is worthless. DO NOT BUY
