I bought a non-OEM color cartridge and my printer stopped printing in color although we chose the print in color option when printing. I believe the non-OEM part had black ink in it. Since installing this cartridge, we are back in business!

this product is awful. It ran out of ink after probably 10 pages. I sure would like my money back. I dont know whats up with this. But its not what it says it is.

This ink cartridge works great.

In the past, I get these from my local Staples & found after less than 30 print jobs I was getting a need new ink warning. This has happened on more than 1 occasion. I ordered this months ago online & I’m still getting good prints after more than 30 print jobs

bought off brands and have nothing but trouble fro mismarked sizes to very little ink always come back to HP

Just got a new printer so it’s good to have a back up cartridge when I run out of ink,,,,,

very disapointed after 5 day i printed about 20 pictures allready out off ink thats not good very dissatiefied this was suopoesed to ru n165 pages not so mine did about 25 at most
