HP Chromebook x360 14-inch HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14b-ca0010nr, Ceramic White/Mineral Silver)

Bought this for wife. She loves it. Not heavy and good size screen with good picture.

Product arrived on time. However, it did not come in the manufacturers box which makes me question if this product is actually new. There were pieces of the manufacturers box included. It appears the shipper cut the parts of the box that has the serial number and product numbers. Setup instructions were also included. The product is slightly damaged. The top of the laptop is scratched on the left. When the computer started up, it prompted me to sign into my google account. However, there was no option to register the product. The product seems to be working ok, but its only been a few hours. Im disappointed. I would greatly appreciate some feedback from shipper.

This laptop is very good. Its lightweight so you can take it anywhere easily. Its cheaper than a MacBook and works just as well.

I’ve got to be honest, I replaced my Dell chrome book with this HP. Should’ve gone with the Dell. The screen resolution on this chrome book is really bad. Difficult to read and absolute no brilliance like the Dell. The battery was suppose to hold a charge for 10 hours - not really , especially if you stream or play a game. I’ve gotten HP’s tech line number, I may have to call them . Unfortunately- I’m not really pleased with my purchase

My daughter Loved the look of it, will get to know eventually. No complaints after 2 months

Sending this thing back. it has some features that i was looking for but wow what a pain. Touch screen isnt really the right word for it. it should be called pound on the screen until something happens. This automatically disqualifies it from being what I was looking for. The smart lock is the worst implemented feature that would otherwise be useful. Worst because it doesnt work. I looked online for solutions to this problem and found many, many different things that I could try to do to fix it but it is new out of the box and I dont buy electronics to fix them. I do that for a living. Leave this one at the store and search for a better brand. HP failed on this one.

I got this for school and its awesome! Battery life lasts a while and its super quick when it charges! Being able to switch from laptop to tablet is so handy as well! Perfect for school!

Cant really say much about the functionality of this item. As soon as we turned it on we noticed the display seemed washed out and not crisp. Decided that alone was a deal breaker and returned it. Otherwise, it looked nice with its porcelain-esque finish and contrasting color keyboard, and speakers above the keys. But the display was sub-standard and unacceptable to us.

Purchased this a new chrome book. It arrive with obvious signs of wear and tear, scuff marks and not in the original packaging. This is misleading and false advertising.

We just needed it for a POS system
