> 24 hourMachine is upgradeable so I changed the NVME 256GB to a 1TB Intel NVME I had removed from my Dell Prestige. I also had a pair of 16GB DDR4 memory sticks already, so I dropped them in and added a 2TB SATA SSD as supplemental storage. The machine is extremely fast for everything I want to do. Since Im only a casual gamer using the Microsoft Games Access Pass, the GTX 1650 graphics card does the job and with the crazy world of graphics cards right now the cost of the entire machine was not too much more than the cost of a graphics card by itself. Bought two and the Wifi speed on both is below par. I added a USB wifi and it tripled the speed.

> 24 houri’ve had this for about over a month now and have been using consistently. it works pretty good for basic tasks i haven’t really noticed much issues at all it. keep in mind that i upgraded the ram from 4 to 8gb DDR4 and added 2T hard drive. The quality the pc offers is really good in my opinion although one issue i came up on is the cooling system. i’m sure it would work fine with simple games but if i try to run big games like warzone even on the lowest settings it would heat up from 80f to 85 after 5min of idling which causes me to give concern so if you’re looking to play those kinds of games i’d suggest doing some research if it’s worth upgrading or adding more fans or improve airflow. one thing i do love is that the pc kind of small in size which works for me bc it takes less space on my desk. hope this helps.

> 24 hourI bought this computer to run MS Flight Simulator 2020. Ive set up several computers before, but Ive never played around with high end graphics much. I was happy to find out that the GeForce Experience app would, with a little tinkering, optimize the MSFS graphics settings for my graphics card and display various performance metrics (like frame rate) in an overlay. This particular computer does not have the power to exploit all the capability of MSFS, but it certainly works well enough for my purposes.

> 24 hourThis unit was a 2020 New in Box unit. I will have to add some drives as it only comes with an SSD C drive. Im using external drives for storage until I can open the case and Install a Seagate 4tb HHD. Graphics card has handled most of my gaming requirements but slows up when I try 3D rendering. It too is upgradeable. On-board sound is more than adequate alto there is an open expansion slot available for a dedicated sound card. ( although it may be tight with some choices ). Great all-around choice for a quick recovery if your prior unit soils itself. Expandable, it might just be around for awhile (y)

> 24 hourFirst off, within the first 3 days of buying this, whenever i tab out of a game in full screen my whole screen goes black. eventually the problem went away so i didnt think too much of it. Recently, in game ive been lagging, teleporting, spiking, you name it. I called amazon customer support and they said we had to contact hp so we also did. Then, they said it was a software issue and told us to buy a technicians help so we did and weve called them multiple times with no pick up. Currently on hold for more than 2 hours. After, i called hp customer support and when i explained what happened they said i had to pay another $200 to fix it and after talking for a bit longer they hung up on me.
