Love it and it works great at deployed locations. Perfect size and fits in my uniform pocket unnoticeable. Well worth the money when you need to stay connected.

It was a bit hard to set up. Downloaded the app and it had a hard time connecting to the device. Once connected, it wasnt able to connect to network. I wondered if that was the reason why I had so much trouble connecting via the App. After some research, found out that this item is not compatible with Google Fi. I thought it did. Seems like a nice item, just wished it was compatible. I like that it is small and compact. Great size for traveling.

I got off the airplane in Port Au Prince and bought a Dig card and used the card in a tablet /phone and loved it . Than I tried it in the hotspot and was worried about having to do the apn settings and all and it was effortless. It did it all by itself. My tablet and all my phones worked way faster and even started getting 4g !!! It is exceptional. We have a young lady using it daily now and she loves it . Thanks for great quality.

Like it a lot. Truly unlocked. Worked right away with an international sim. Wish the battery lasted all day but its really great.

no connection

I love the idea of this product but it didnt work more that half the time on my vacation trip. It would say it was connected but could get no internet access. Was most frustrating.

This is an awesome little puck. It’s easy to set up and connects seamlessly with my phone. Currently deployed and using it in an austere environment and it works flawlessly. The price is right, don’t hesitate to purchase if you’re needed a good simple puck.
