The tool kit is perfect has all the right tools. For the price it’s perfect!

I have been using the kit and so far it has had everything I need to open consoles and computers. Unfortunately, I got all gorilla with the nylon tweezers and snapped off one of the tips. Bummer. To my relief, iFixit sells just about every piece individually, including the screw on nylon replacement tips so I was able to pick up a few extra sets should I ever get crazy again.

Outillage de bonne qualité. Les outils en plastiques sont très utiles pour ne pas endommager ou rayer les pièces en aluminium. Les petites pinces sont très bien pour récupérer des vis tombées dans des endroits inaccessibles. La boîte de tournevis est aimantée pour se refermer parfaitement. Le couvercle offre des petits compartiments pour séparer les vis pendant le démontage. De nombreux embouts dont ceux utilisés par Apple (cest le but de lachat de cette trousse). La trousse se ferme par scratch, cest bien tendu donc difficile dy glisser dautres outils qui nen font pas partie initialement. On peut détacher la boîte de tournevis de la trousse (elle tient sur une plaque aimantée).

Theres so much cheap Chinese stuff on Amazon. This on the other hand is domestically made that I found recommended from a YouTube channel. Even down to the packaging, the build quality, presentation and tangibly rich feeling equipment makes this a no-brainer for anyone who wants to buy the best. Its not the cheapest, but couldnt or shouldnt be. Its old school American made equipment thats designed to outlive you and work better than anything else you can buy.

I was expecting a bit more durability from the plastic parts, but considering the price I have to say that the kit is definitely worth the purchase! The screwdriver kit is just great, and all the accessories definitely add a lot of value to the whole package.

I’d been using the cheap included tools when doing replacements for parts and screens and they always broke, chipped or were just flat out uncomfortable. I finally decided to jump in to buy these and I’m so happy with everything included. It’s not cheap, but the lifetime warranty makes it more comfortable for the cost.
