These iHome Flow Smart Plugs work well and have some really nice functionality. But they do not use the iHome App but instead a new App. Ideally I want my smart plugs to be consistent and all on the same app. Nice option with good functionality if you are App Flexible.

This is one of the easiest smart plugs weve ever used. You just install the Geeni app if you havent already and then add a new device, it took maybe 10 or 15 seconds to recognize the plug, and then I assigned to the name and set up the schedule and I was done. Its very responsive and works flawlessly. Were using it for our Christmas tree and Christmas lights outside. Its so nice to be able to have the timer set for those. Love it!

About a year later, I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars. I did originally purchase these with the expectation that they would work with my iHome app and they didnt, which disappointed me. However, I did keep these plugs and they have been working great. I even purchased two more recently to have more available smart plugs in the house. I love that I can set schedules for the plug to turn on and off and turn the plug on and off with my phone app. The entire reason I chose these is because I already have an iHome plug & the iHome app and I didnt want to have to download another app. These plugs are not compatible with the iHome app. You will be forced to download another random app to use them. However, separate from the app frustration, the plugs have been working just fine.

Super super super easy to set up and works flawlessly.

I purchased these plugs so I could control lights and a heat for my little green house this winter remotely while I am away on trips. Works great. Plants are happy.

I returned these. They did not work with Apple HomeKit. I suggest that this be plainly noted in the product description.

I have an older iHome switch. I thought that this would be the same brand. It is not. Dont buy if you have apple homekit. WeMo is the better smartplug.
