Pretty good replacement cable. Decent size, pretty tough all in all pretty great. The only flaw is the connector to the vita itself is pretty tight so it takes a bit more effort to remove or insert the cable compared to the official sony one.

I was scared it wouldnt work without that fat AC adapter piece, but I plugged it into my Galaxys phone charger wall adapter piece and it charged beautifully. It fits and functions as I had hoped. Plus on top of that, I love how iKnowTech follows up with their customers.

Works perfectly as I needed it to. Lots of comments say thats its a tight fight, or being concerned about the fit. its fit nice and snug. No bit of force to plug in. If you cant plug in this cord without thinking its a bit tight. Youre a pansy-ass

Got this cable because my old PS Vita cable was lost. When I got the cable, it plugs in to my PS Vita but its a very snug fit and when you pull it out, you would need some force. Not too much force. Also the cable shielding was detaching from the base but the cable still works. Only using this to charge my PS Vita.

This PS Vita charger fairly good, it fits really snug in the Vita itself unlike the last charger I had. Overall the arent any problems with it and I would recommend it.

People complain how the cable is SO tight, but why would you want it loose? I dislike loose cables even more than I do tight cables. So I figured might as buy it and... It works! Its quite tight yes, but at least it isnt loose because loose cables can accidentally fall on their own and you wont get any charge what-so-ever. Overall this is actually a very well built cable. Though if you prefer, you can always buy the offical cable licenced by PlayStation at a wallmart or here on amazon. Just dont yank the cable and youll be fine.

Bought a vita off of ebay not knowing if itll work or not just to find out that I need an older model charger. Lucky for me these guys were selling them for not only charging but data transfer as well. People complain about it being a tight fit but its not as bad as people make it out to be, besides who wants a loose fitting piece that could fall out? Not me thats for sure

This cord works how it is supposed too. I do not know how it will hold up in the long run, but as of now it does the job.

As a disclaimer, I bought my Vita (PCH1001) used which came with a third-party cable so I have no idea what the official cable is like. That being said, this thing is pretty tight in trying to put it in and taking it out (on the Vita end, the USB end fits easily)...thought I was going to break the Vitas slot the first couple of times. But it works, so thats all I can ask.

So there are some reviews saying this cable doesn’t work. And that had me hesitant to try it. But it’s pretty cheap so I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway. When it came, I plugged it into my laptop to charge, tried plugging it into an iPhone charger and even an iPad charger. Absolutely nothing. No charge. I was very upset and kicking myself for not listening to the poor reviews, but then I googled the issue and it turns out the first gen PS Vitas take a ton to charge. So you need a power supply that’s more than an iPad charger or your laptop USB. I have a PS4 at home as well, so I plugged it in there and it instantly started charging. This is not a problem with the wire, this is a PS Vita issue. If you have your original wire that came with the vita but only the USB part is broken, you can plug it into that. But if you don’t have the original wire (which I lost) your best bet to charge will be a PS4 — laptops and other mobile chargers will not work. If you don’t have access to a PS4, I suggest looking into getting the original wire for the vita, as this USB Cable alone will not be enough. But if you have a P4, buy this and don’t give it another thought. Charges perfectly with the P4 and is a very affordable price
