> 3 dayWe had the previous mode for our first born and the picture quality on this model is WAY better. We now link the cameras in both of our children’s rooms so we only have to have one receiver. It also has a longer range which is nice on our property.

Greater than one weekThe image from the PRO model camera is SO much clearer than the original infant optix camera we bought 3 years ago. So glad we upgraded for baby number 2! Still love that this doesn’t require a wife connection.

> 3 dayWe’ve been using the DRX-8 for a few years and love it, so when this one came out I wanted to upgrade to the bigger screen. So far I love everything about this camera— the picture is amazing, and the features are great. Best camera ever.

> 3 dayThis monitor is so bad. It often says “out of signal coverage.” For several minutes at a time. No online solution has worked. I had a better experience with a much cheaper monitor. Look for other cameras. Don’t waste your money on this one.

> 3 dayThis camera is an UPGRADE from the older version. I use both versions, one in each house and love the independence I have gained from having my kiddos on the monitors!

> 3 dayI bought the original one camera and monitor set when my son was born. When he was a bit older I bought a second camera to keep near his play area for when I need to step out of the room for laundry or another task. It is easy to connect and scan between the two cameras, overall I feel like this is a very good investment for us and would recommend.

> 3 dayWe had one camera set up for our first child. When we moved her to another room we still wanted to be able to keep an eye on her as she transitioned to a toddler bed. The only thing that would make having two cameras perfect is if it could spit screen. However, going between the two rooms is very easy with just one of the main buttons. I can even have it set up to switch between the two rooms on it’s own. I also love how depending on what room it is viewing, the talk feature will only talk to that room without disrupting the other. I feel like the temperature reading is off on the add-on camera, but that is pretty minor to what it can do without having to buy multiple monitors.

> 3 dayYou buy one. You are happy. Then you make another kid. You were satisfied, so you order a second camera. And then you realise the monitor doesnt allow you to track sound of both rooms. Use the scan function, they say. I turn it on. ANR turns off. If you cant have ANR with two cameras, whats the point? How has this been so poorly designed?

> 3 dayWould highly recommend this!!! We have used baby monitors for 12 years. This is our 3rd set. I could not find the other brand we had been using so purchased this camera with the monitor locally. The picture quality is AWESOME. So much better than the others we had. So I ordered 3 more monitors from Amazon for our other rooms. Looking at the monitor is the same quality as if I was in the room with the kids. Night vision is not in color, of course, but the picture quality is just as great. Battery life is great too. I am able to use the monitor overnight without the cord attached. And the cords are really long so they reach the outlet if you need to place the camera on a wall. I tried a different brand with really short cords before I got this one. You can have up to 4 cameras with the monitor. There is no split screen view but they do have a scan which can be set for varying times. Great set!!

> 3 dayIt has a great picture on a nice big screen. Way better than a Motorola one we had before. But its nowhere near as loud as the Motorola and the battery doesnt last as long. Not loud enough even in some quiet-ish environments. The ANR is weird when on full volume as it makes a warbling sound depending on your white noise machine and how close it is. Turning the volume down one notch helps a lot. But now its even less loud than before. And ANR has to reinitialize when you turn the screen on so you get a blast of white noise (if you have some running in the nursery) before it initializes. I havent tested the range on it yet though. Overall its a nice monitor system but seems to have some bugs. Split screen would have been nice too with alerts as to which camera has a noise spike. But you cant have it all can you. But Id like to have seen this at a lower price given the amount of bugs it has.
