> 24 hourIm a professional technician at a very busy dealership and I use this impact daily. Its relatively quiet. Really the only downside to this impact is the weight but if you use it on a daily basis you will get used to it. Cannot recommend this tool enough, its better than any tool truck brand (hint: Matco rebrands these tools)

> 24 hourGreat tool! MUCH quieter that regular air wrenches, though still not exactly what Id call quiet. Light and easy to use, with a nice feel. I would recommend this tool to anyone who uses an air wrench frequently, as, over time, your ears will thank you.

> 24 hourI needed a replacement impact decided to give the bigger version of my 3/8 drive a try. I’m a tractor trailer mechanic by trade and I am not nice to tools. I do not oil my air tools (I know shame on me) but have had great luck out of my 3/8. Took gun out of box, screwed in air fitting, gave it the only oil it will ever get (used coworkers oil) and proceeded to run the **** out of it removing and reinstalling 5/8 diameter bolts in dolly legs. Did 2 sets of legs in about an hour and a half (48 nut and bolt combos in and out). We ran the gun till it frosted the casing on the outside and kept on going. It never lacked a bit of power pulling the 5/8 flat washers down to meet the dish shape of the braces we were bolting together. Gun has seen a lot of daily use and abuse in the 3 months I’ve had it with out any issues. Light weight and easy to handle. All around good gun.
