> 3 dayI had to look up written instructions on google, and also youtube has a video guide on how to set humidity and dehumidifier ranges. Now this thing controls my humidity proper. I didnt have a dehumidifier so i used a fan to kick on to help exhaust humidity out of my grow area. Works great along with govee wifi bluetooth monitor.

> 3 dayI use this during the winter months to keep the bedroom at a steady humidity to not be overly dry or humid. I have not used the “dehumidify” plug but that’s a good option to have. I had an issue with the unit and the company support was extremely helpful and responsive. I bought more of these for each room humidifier. The accuracy matches other smart sensors and turn on when needed. I like that a range can be set so the unit doesn’t constantly cycle.

> 3 daySave money and purchase this inkbird product. Inexpensive, works great, east to set up and compared to other manufacturers, they are fairly priced.

> 3 dayAdded this for my grow tent, easy to use and really helped control my humidity by automatically toggling my humidifier and dehumidifier. As someone mentioned make sure your units have a toggle switch not push button power or they device will not turn on when power is switched onto it. For the price its hard to beat, it was 3% off from my goove humidity monitor but you can adjust the calibration on the controller so it matches exactly what my other monitor says. Not sure which is correct but 3% isnt a deal breaker, the important this is you can adjust the controller to match any other humidity monitors you might already own.

> 3 dayBought on 2/2/17 for dry aging/salami fridge. I used it for 2 months without a hitch for dry aging steak. Its been off for the past few months, then when I wanted to start a few hams it wont work. Its an intermittent short circuit happening inside the controller itself. I contacted InkBird to see what develops. I will update. Update 9.30...they sent me a new unit stating the black sensor can go bad if it sits for a while while unused. I wired my controller through the fridge bottom so I just swapped sensors, not touching the unit. Seems to be working fine. So I guess if I ever unplug the fridge for a while Ill take out the sensor

> 3 dayAwesome and helpful product. I have a humidifier and dehumidifier plugged into it and they both turn on/off when my humidity gets either too high or low based on the controller settings. Easy to use and several good how to videos on youtube. I highly recommend this product.

Greater than one weekI have an air quality sensor board and two weather stations in addition to this humidistat. Even with all of them together in the same place, they disagree with each other by as much as 25%. Im not sure why the error is so high, but Im probably going to go the manual route that we used to use in earth science class to figure out who is telling the truth. In the short term, I put a 12% correction on it to help even out the readings. Beyond that, this does seem to work very well. I will update the review once I figure out the accuracy issue.

> 3 dayThere are two ways to control humidity and this device controls both. I used it to turn humidifiers on when the humidity dropped too low. This unit can also turn on ventilation when humidity gets too high. (But I didnt use that feature.) Makes humidity control easy!

> 3 dayI bought this and a humidifier to upgrade my oyster mushroom growing setup. Compared to spritzing with a spray bottle throughout the day, this is luxury. I calibrated the sensor, along with a seperate hygrometer that records data logs, and everything seems to maintain humidity accurately. I kind of wish the alarm was louder. My setup is in the basement, so the alarm is probably fine for other situations. Other than the alarm volume, I have nothing but praise for the device. It does what I need, its not expensive, simple setup... I would definitely buy another Inkbird product.
