Soft touch is a good name for this cable. It is many stranded, too many for me to count, and thus it is very flexible and easy to work with. Though the insulation is soft, it is robust.

High quality wire.Each lead a different color so its difficult to mess up +/-.

good stuff - really seems like 14G; insulation seems thick and very protective but easy to cut and strip. Great price.

The most important thing I think can be said is the colors on the insulation makes it a snap to keep the speakes in the correct polarization. This would be my pick for any future projects.
