> 24 hourOne reviewer said it does not look like #8 wire. Some stranded wire that is called #8 has less copper in it because of the air spaces between the fine strands. So I took a 5.40 cm length of this wire, stripped the insulation, weighed it on a calibrated scale (3.89 g), and then calculated the volume of copper present in the sample (0.435 cm3). I then calculated the area of a cylinder of solid copper having this volume (8.06 mm2). A wire table shows that a #8 solid conductor has a cross sectional area of 8.37 mm2, so this wire has almost as much copper as a #8 solid wire. Still it is much better than a #9 and far, far better than #10.

> 24 hourHigh quality zero gauge oxygen free what more could you want? Oh how about a great deal! This is the best deal on Amazon and eBay when I bought in Oct 2019 for an actual quality cable that isnt copper clad aluminum or some goofy one off size that no terminals can fit.

> 24 hourOK.....So look I brought another for the hell of it because it was cheap the first one Exceeded my expectations. It was very thick yet very workable and heavy. This wire is an incredible value for the price Im running a kicker kx 2400.1 and a xs 3400 and this oversized 1/0 is the truth I will use the other for a big three upgrade on the trailblazer this is in. Excellent job on this one Install Gear❗️

> 24 hourI have been doing car audio for 30+ years, the InstallGear OFC 1/0 is a 10 out of 10 product. SHCA has slightly more strands but it is a pain to get them all into lugs. I use both brands but ease of use goes to InstallGear for the win!
