Reached out to customer service but unfortunately they weren’t able to help or replace it. My last car charger from another brand lasted me 5+ years, so I’m not inclined to repurchase this if it will break on me again next year.

> 3 dayI am a huge fan of Anker products because they make functional yet sturdy electronics/cables. I love this all in one charger. I do have a usb car charging piece that I use alongside a lighting cable for my phone. Sometimes I find that cumbersome because I tend to “borrow” my cable from my car for home use. Then I don’t return my cable back to my car and find myself without a charger for my car. Therefore, I do find this all in one super useful because it always remains in my car.
