> 24 hourNice little printer. Works well but couldnt connect it to my phone. Thermal printer, works well and prints quickly. Great for smaller spaces. Directions are simple enough and sets up quickly. Custom services are pretty helpful, responded quickly. Its a good little printer, priced very competitively and on the lower end of similar Thermal printers price wise, but isnt lacking in ease of use, customer service and good quality results. Id highly recommend this.

> 24 hourI love everything about this label printer because it does exactly what it’s needing to do. Perfect for small businesses that’s just starting out.

> 24 hourTakes some getting used to if you never used one but this works great for shipping labels when I ship or return something. I use this on my Macbook Pro and it has a driver to download. Good quality printout and works great. I would recommend this one.

> 24 hourI needed a new shipping label printer to save time and this one caught my eye. First impressions are great! It was super easy to set up on my desk and I was able to get going in minutes. The unit prints many labels quickly and legibly—I was surprised at how quiet it was! Best of all, the refills are inexpensive and available at most office supply stores and online retailers. This printer is definitely a time saver over the traditional printing and taping method I had been using to send out my shipments. I will never go back and would recommend this printer to others.

> 24 hourIf you like wasting shipping labels this is the printer for you. Any time you print a label it prints and then will give an error. Lift the lid and close it error goes away and it will reprint your label just fine. Ive cleaned it thinking it could be a dirty sensor, no luck. Just get a Dymo.

> 24 hourI actually have the one that looks exactly the same but from a different brand. So I knew what I was getting exactly. Compared to my other long rectangular shaped thermal shipping label printer, this one is rather cute and more tidy in the open place because it holds the rolled thermal paper inside rather than out in the open. If youve ever tried any of thermal shipping label printer, this one is not hard to set up. If its your first time, just follow the instruction step by step so as not to waste any of your time. I think if you mail out or ship stuff more than handful time a month, having this kind of label printer will save you some money down the road. I dont think I can even think about going back to using the normal printer...oh how much I have waste no the ink alone!!! This one does the decent job again as long as you want to print to your shipping label good enough to be scanned ! This one is actually set up at my sister in laws work space at her home, and she just said she hasnt had any issue whatsoever over the last 6 months!

> 24 hourThis label printer was easy to set up. It comes with a partial roll of labels, the power adapter, USB cord, an adapter from USB for a MAC computer, and a USB thumb drive with the drivers and other stuff. I installed the driver for Windows and the D520 Printer was ready to go. Make sure you see this printer in Windows in Printers & Scanners, or when you go to print a label, look for that printer to print your label to. There’s a sample shipping label you can open in a PDF reading program, and then you can print the label to the D520 printer. The sample label is a typical Postal or UPS type label, and it printed perfectly.

> 24 hourTo install this printer on my Windows computer all I did was search Itari D520 Thermal Label Printer driver and the first result was what I needed. I installed the driver and because my printer was hooked up and the power was turned on (plastic button on back) it was ready to print right away. I tried to use another, more expensive, printer in the exact same way, the main difference was, this printer printed clear labels, while the other printer was very insufficient and the labels were not as good as the labels this one prints. Basically, because the quality of this printers prints is so high, I cant help but give it five stars. This is the one that actually works.

> 24 hourOverall, this printer is solid. One nice feature is that your labels load on the inside of the unit (using rolled labels) so you dont need to consume extra desk space storing flat labels (as you would need to do with something like a Rollo). Although, I do believe there is an option to use flat labels as well with this unit if needed. Physical set up is straightforward. Install power supply & USB cable, power printer on & wait for driver prompt. Printer detected under Windows 10 via USB, but will also need a driver (ships with printer & also available from manufacturer support site). Once installed, the unit is really wanting to use 4x6 labels out of the box. However, you can also use much smaller labels (IE: 1.25 x 2.5) with some tuning & tweaking. This is where A LOT of time was spent. In fact, I contacted support & the agent said that the printer only works with 4x6 labels. I had to let him know that the Amazon offer page has 2 graphics stating the exact opposite! The unit CAN print many different sizes, but again, trial & error is involved. Also, if youre using this printer for Amazon labels with third party software (IE: Accelerlist) it WILL work. However, you will need to mess with the printer settings on the Windows side AND on the Accelerlist side. This is required to get the label to line up properly & fit all required text legibly on label. However, once all of the tedious setup is complete, this printer does print fast & accurately.
