Janome Plastic Bobbins for All Home Use Models

I have a Janome machine I bought several years ago. It gets heavy use and I need many bobbins for my various colors of thread. These bobbins are made especially for my machine. It is a great convenience to be able to get them delivered to my home.

Hate running out of bobbin thread, love being able to see how much bobbin thread I have left without taking out the bobbin. Ive tossed out all my metal bobbins and am getting more of these. Excellent value.

These bobbins came in a carded package that looked very much like the default picture. When I took the bobbins out, however, I compared them to the genuine Janome bobbins that came with my machine and the ones I got in New York where Janome machines are regularly sold , and... they are NOT the same. I still have yet to determine if they work okay with my machine, but I am disappointed to find that I did not get the standard Janome bobbins this seller claims to sell. These bobbins are slightly bigger (1 mm), and have a yellow tint in the plastic, whereas my original bobbins have a blueish tint. These are DEFINITELY NOT the Janome bobbins that come with most Janome machines (Ive been in multiple sewing classes that use different models of Janome, and so far all models have used the same interchangeable bobbin). I am not a Janome official so I am reluctant to give a definitive statement, but based on all of my experience with Janome machines, these are not Janome bobbins. It also took a over a week to get them - I think I am normally spoiled by Amazon with their speedy shipping.

I wanted to get extra bobbins for my Janome since I go through them so fast. These are perfect! My machine is happy.

I like have extra bobbins, so when I saw these on Amazon I ordered them and glad I did because sometimes you cant find the bobbins for your machine and I have a Janome sewing machine. I am thrilled!

After all of the more costly purchases of bobbins for my Jenome, this was a bargain! The bobbins are perfect and I was glad to have been able to buy so many. Ive used them and they work the same as the more expensive bobbins. I was thrilled to have found this seller! The product arrived quickly, and the seller was modest. These bobbins are clean, strong and perfect for the sewing machine for which it was intended.

My Janome jams if I use any other bobbins even though they are almost exactly the same as these. Have made over 100 masks. Couldnt do it without the Janome bobbins. Before sending your machine for repairs, check to see that off name or other name bobbins are not the cause. Might have saved me $85.

These are not as sturdy or heavy as the bobbins that came with my Janome, but they work just fine, and I havent had to adjust the bobbin tension on my current machine, Janome 2212. Im an intermediate beginner and have only been sewing for 4 or 5 years so far. Unless youre an experienced maker, its worth it to choose name brand over generic brand replacements when possible/affordable, just to buy right the first time (unlike ME who keeps falling for the slightly-cheaper-trap just to end up spending more on replacing replacements.. ugh)
