> 3 dayThe plug and USB work when I use the button so they arent a complete waste, but they will not connect to any smart device app including the one they say to download. Ill keep trying and update if I ever get them working.

> 3 dayI always read reviews before I buy but I did not on this one and this product is not worth buying. I have tried and tried to connect it and it will not do it. I got it on sale but will be returning it because they need to know to either improve the product or the directions.

> 3 dayThese smart plugs are the worse. Not only do they feel cheap, they even sound cheap when they bump into eachother. I also couldn’t even create an account for the app. It was asking for there to be “thunderscores” in your password. What even is a thunderscore?!?! Just skip this product.

> 3 dayI use these to control lights and other appliances. They’re very easy to setup once you get the hand of it. Once you make your home “smart,” it’s so nice and convenient. I love how these have a usb slot in addition to the outlet.

> 3 dayI just received these smart plugs and it took minutes to get set up. It was so simple just taking my phone and using the camera it took me right where I needed. I love that there are four and I will get lots of use out of these. I got the HomeLinking app set up without any issues.

> 3 dayWish I read the reviews. My entire house is a smart home. Many devices. Many apps. Got this cheap. Right out of the box, almost no instructions. Its all guess work. But, theres an app. Homelife. The app crashes. Keeps saying to clear the cashe. Then tells me to wait for the developer to fix the bugs in an update. I eventually just start ignoring the crash crap. Started clicking the add a device. Mind you, Ive already taken the time to set up an account with them to do this. But the Bluetooth never finds the device. So I noticed the app had a QR code scanner. So I used that. There was a code on the device. Thats seemed to do the trick very exciting. Wants my wifi information. So I typed it in. Then it tells me it doesnt work on 5Ghz Wifi. Only 2.4. This makes no sense because all wifi routers are 5G. In fact mine is specifically a smart router designed to handle smart home technology. I go to my wifi router app. And it says that the wifi signal is both 5G & 2.4 simultaneously. And that devices pick the best signal. However, this app simply will not allow the smart plug the chance to even login to the wifi. Because it deems it not correct. So I cant use this.
