I have a yellow-front Amazon parrot who is about 35 years old and I havent purchased any new toys lately so I tried this one. The rope appears to be well made and sturdy. My parrot has not tried to stand on it. I fully expect he will try to rip it apart for fun as he did with a similar rope I had in there before. So far, he is not too thrilled about it. It is a good size rope that has been hanging in his cage for about a week now. It attaches easily to the top of the cage. It does not attach to the bottom of the cage so it swings freely. Im not sure he will be happy with the swinging part if he tries to sit on it (although Im pretty sure it would hold him). Im happy with the quality of the rope.

Works well. It is built well, but the Parrott will chew it up in about a year! :(

My parrot adores her perch. This is the only type of perch we get her and she prefers to sleep on it.
