I think KES listened to reviews because mine came with instructions and just noting that the chrome is really chrome (one review said it wasnt high polish chrome, but it is) and matches our newly remodeled bathrooms fixtures. As other reviews stated, its very sturdy and high end in appearance. Thank you all for reviews. It helped a great deal!!
