Klipsch RP-450C Center Channel Speaker - Ebony

VERY happy with my new Klipsch RP-450C and Sound Distributors Inc. I reached out to Sound Distributors Inc. with a shipping inquiry and was promptly sent a response with the best news (after hours). The owner told me that he was going to make sure that my order shipped the very next day, and that he would send me the newer Klipsch-504C. My wife and I were so excited. We received the Klipsch RP-504C in perfect, brand new condition. After spending a few hours trying to break in the speaker with 5.1 audio CD’s and Eagles Blu-ray concert, it sounds AMAZING on movies. Tom Cruise’s voice in Oblivion 4K UHD sounds rich, loud and powerful. I was able to crank up the volume to IMAX movie levels and enjoy clear vocals, and effortless. This speaker does not leave me reaching or wanting for more clarity. The Klipsch Synergy SC-3 center channel speaker it replaced, had a noticeable coloring to the audio, and sounded like the speakers were in a slim line speaker box compared to the new Klipsch-504C.

Let me just say this: This center channel was larger than all my previous speakers of my 5.1 system COMBINED.

una certezza.....se avete la necessita di avere un centrale importante..con voci limpide e dettagliate...e con pochi watt necessari allo svolgimento del compito....questo pezzo della klipsch fa per voi....imponente...curato nei dettagli...bello esteticamente...di contro ha una dimensione non indifferente....ma se esperti audiofoli dicono che il componente piu importante per un home cinema e il centrale...be meglio di questo non troverete in circolazione!

I have been using a bose center channel speaker for over 15 years with the 2 dual cube bose speakers. I thought it was time to upgrade and I had a Klipsch 2.1 speaker setup for my computer that was really good so I thought I would do some research on Klipschs home theater speakers. I settled on this for my center channel and wow! first, when I got the box, I didnt realize how giant this speaker is. Luckily, I had room on the bottom of my entertainment center. The sound is amazing! It looks great and I like that the speaker cover is magnetic as sometimes I like it on and sometimes I like it off. the copper color speakers are a nice touch. This thing is solid and seems like very good quality. I bought this speaker hoping to get another 15-20 years out of it, and I think I made the right choice. Both music and movies are great and if you have the money for this, I recommend you buy it.

Es un componente espectacular y esencial en todo setup. Klipsch realmente lo hizo bien con este modelo y a pesar que fue difícil conseguirlo, se agradece al vendedor el haber otorgado la flexibilidad para adquirirlo desde Chile.

This speaker is an awesome beast, sound quality is fantastic, blends well with my Pioneer towers, and makes a nice stand for my 65 TV. Very happy that I found this, finished off my new 7.2 surround system perfectly. Highly recommended if you can afford it. I saved up my Visa rewards and it was a lot easier on the pocket book. Awesome speaker!

First of all I caught this speaker on Amazon at a great price, compared to the store I almost purchased. Over $100.00 in savings!!!! IT was recommended by a trusted friend. I had just purchased a new reciever with the old center channel hooked to it. When I recieved the RP-450c, I could hear dialog that I missed in movies I had viewed on a few occasions. Very satisfied as you can see from my rating!!!!!!!!

So Ive been using a high end center channel from 10 years ago. Ive always felt its magnetoplanar transducer left a lot to be desired in the dialogue clarity department. Im in the midst of redoing my home theater system so decided on this Klipsh because of the great reviews. It certainly lives up to the billing. The highs are great--crisp and clear but at the same time, nonfatiguing. The speaker doesnt seem to have much low bass but thats OK with a subwoofer. The dialogue is so clear and I dont need to jack up the volume of my center channel now to hear things clearly. Love it and recommend this speaker. Using it with a Hsu Research VTF-15H subwoofer and KEF LS50 meta for my mains. NHT superzeros for rear surrounds and Atmos height surrounds.

Expensive center channel, but I love my home theater set up. I only wish I got the newer version

I was looking for a center channel with clear dialogue and better overall sound than what I previously had. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is a behemoth but i is well worth the extra space!
