The description describes it measuring both directions but it does not.

Used it on my chopsaw worked real well.

For a fence cutting from left to right, works perfectly. so for a chop saw, for a right handed person, worked best.

Better than others I’ve purchased from McMaster. Quality steel, clear markings, nice color combo.

I bought this product to measure height. I took a chance on it because the description did not specify length. It is 12 feet in length. Quite adequate to measure most people! The adhesive on the tape was great to adhere it to the wall. I hope it stays up well over time.

set it up with our Kapex 120EB saw and used the Kreg KMS7801 Standard Swing Stop and Kreg KMS7714 48-Inch Top Trak: going to get another stop or 2 because they are so accurate and speed thing up so much.
