KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips

Impressed at how long and how well the tape stays in place. Did help to relieve the pain for which I purchased the item.

I have been using this product for my knees for a couple of years now. It was amazing what a little tape could do for the pain. About a year ago the quality started getting erratic, one batch would rip off my skin when I pulled it off, the elasticity got weak and the texture changed. This last box caused me to update my review, the elasticity is almost non-existent and the adhesive is so weak that it comes loose after a couple of hours. This was a great product, what happened to quality control?

It helps so much with pain and stability

I bought this and another similar product for my husband to try out, as he has planters fasciitis. This product far exceeded the other. The precut was perfect in size and easy to use. The adhesive was much more long lasting than the other brand as well. The roll lasted my husband a good amount of time, even changing it daily-every other day. He’s requested me to order more, so he’s happy with the purchase.

Very easy to apply.used it to tape my shoulder.

I love KT Tape I am a runner and I get knee pain and shin splints all the time I use this on race days or speed days just make sure you don’t use this exclusively it’s like a bandage it can only help for so long you need to make sure you are taking care of your body

Over time it starts to wear and not be as sticky

I don’t know what it is about this color of tape but it irritates my daughter’s skin when used with adhesive spray. The same tape in nude color and used with the spray is just fine. Maybe it is the dye? Otherwise, the brand is fine and it works fine just be aware of the colored.

I inadvertently forgot to mention that the KT tape bruised my leg, and took almost 2 weeks for the bruise to go away. Mea culpa.

I have permanent damage in my foot after fracturing it and tearing tendons. I am a dancer and KT take saved my life! It stays on for up to 4 days without peeling for me with daily showers.
