La Tromba, Valve-Oil T2, Special, 63ml

I like this stuff. Its kind of expensive, but worth it. I wasted a lot when I left the cap off and the bottle fell over. It didnt leave a mess because I guess it evaporated.

Try wrapping teflon plumbers tape from the hardware store around the threads of the bottle. That will fix it.

Ive been using this oil for a few years now after switching from Blue Juice. Its good, clean, and keeps things pretty oiled for up to a week (I play 6-8 hours a day). The only thing I hate about this is that the bottle always ends up leaking. There is no good seal on the cap. Be very careful and make sure to wrap this up triple if youre traveling with it.

I recently purchased a new trumpet that has valves with very tight fits. The typical oils I used did not do a good enough job lubricating them without doing so almost daily. La Tromba oil has done a great job and only needs to be refreshed weekly A big plus is it does not leave the usual crude behind that requires frequent cleaning to keep smooth valve action.

Pricey but VG product.

By far the best valve oil for trumpet. After 40 years of experience, this is hands down the best I have used. Never stick again and faster than ever.
