> 3 daySimple and classic design. Purchased a laptop for distance learning and was having back and neck issues since the keyboard and screen was not at the proper levels. The base was simple to put together and they even gave you an extra screw which was nice. We are using it for a 17.5 laptop and when my daughter tried typing on the keyboard while on the base, she almost knocked the laptop/base combination off (I am not sure this is how it was designed - our keyboard should arrive today). It does seem secure for proper use and the design is super sleek. Seems to be helping get the screen at a more comfortable level so we can stop our PT appointments.

Greater than one weekThis product is marred by its design, which forces you to assemble it. Keep in mind that most laptop stands are uni-body, which generally means sturdier. Unfortunately, with this unit, you have to mount the bottom stand to the two legs, and the process is cumbersome and annoying, unless you have your own allen wrench/hex key multi-tool, because the one included is quite awful.

Greater than one weekThis works for a stand, but the main issues are it isnt adjustable in height, and the computer sits on the legs. I have another one which has a shelf. that is solid, and that feels a bit better and sturdy. But this works ok.
