The hand pump which I really needed did not work.

This was brutal to put together, fell apart and broke within hours.

I bought it for my granddaughters 8th Birthday.

For what it is I was able to use this for my daughters birthday but my box was opened didn’t have enough time to return it an get a new one one of my weighted bags had a whole in it. The arch is not sturdy at all just flops toward the stainless steel poles don’t stay in the base when full I had to table an tie everything down. I was disappointed in the quality of this arch..

I’ve tried doing a simple balloon arch before and my experience before was AWFUL and i swore to never do one again until I found this! It’s pretty much fool proof. I will say that i didn’t use the tabs to clip the balloons to the pole though, because those didn’t work, but instead i would tie 2-3 balloons together with string i had at the house and then tie them on the arch. The arch was very sturdy and if you watch the review video that someone else made, you can easily assemble it (since it doesn’t come with instructions.)

Didn’t have all parts Missing parts to the package. Could not use it for event. And my fault I didn’t open it early enough to see if everything was inside.

It took me and my wife roughly 20 minutes to set this up, and then probably 2 hours to pump up the balloons. This product is pretty nice, I wasn’t a fan of the bags and stands that hold it down, and we struggled with keeping it up right. We had to tie fishing line around the bottom legs and attach them to one another in order to keep the shape we looked for. It worked pretty well.

I loved the ease of using this product, although I found out the hard way that its best to be used INDOORS. The light winds we had definitely caused some issues. We had to anchor our balloon arch on the right and the left to keep it off the ground!!! I would actually return the item and replace it with a sturdier one but my return window closed even before I got to use it the first time.
