I debated between this and the pull down shade for weeks. What a waste of time. Lol. This shade is perfect and was super easy to install. The window to our RV door is frosted anyway, so it’s not like we can see out of it and thus? Had no reason to raise or lower it. Not to mention, we have a screen door that wouldn’t allow us to raise it anyway without opening both doors. My RV didn’t have screw holes, so I drilled a small pilot hole and used the self tapping screws this came with. Less than 10 minutes I had JT up. It also comes with Velcro strips to hold down the sides tight. My only regret is that I didn’t buy this sooner.

Love this! It works perfectly on our camper door! I was having difficulty sleeping in the morning when the sun came up and this was the perfect solution!

This product literally took 2 minutes to install (make sure the inside of your RV door window has screws) and is very effective in blocking the annoying light! It is also easy to remove. I highly recommend this product

Easy to install, wish they had some for our RV windows!

Very easy to install. We live full time in a DRV 5th wheel. This fit perfectly, even with a stained glass window. Installed in less then 5 minutes. With it in the window, you dont see it thru the stained glass from the outside.

Window shade for standard RV door. This was installed on my Keystone Passport 197RB. PROS Easy install. Removed four corner screws and installed four included/sized corner screws/snaps Very opaque; cuts light nicely. Easy to put up and take down. Big improvement over hanging a towel over the doorway. CONS Sized about 1/2 too wide to stretch and make a neat installation; sags at the top and wrinkles at the bottom. Oversize allows light leakage past the wrinkles. You will need a #2 square tip screwdriver to remove existing corner screws and a standard Philips tip for install. Does come with extra male snaps, which I think can be installed in additional, existing screw holes and extra female snaps which could be installed into the shade. May have to add some snaps to pull this out a bit.

We really like this product for blocking sunlight and neighbor lights coming in through the door window in our RV bedroom. However, we have windows without screws. The included hook-and-loop stick on strips that were included with the shade work, but do not stick well to either the fabric or the window frame. We have restuck them up 4 times in the first 6 days. I was hoping not to have to drill into the door and potentially hitting the glass, but that seems the best option. Having said all that, I would still buy this again for our other door if the drilling goes well.
