Saw this on Catfish Tv Show when Kamie used it because her ac went out lol! I grabbed one and I love it!! It’s super relaxing and cooling! Every time I use it I just rinse it off and put it back in the freezer. It stays cold for a long while too. I accidentally left it on my desk and like 2-3 hours later it was still cold to the touch. Good for headaches and just to add to your face wash routine if you like to rub ice on your face after washing it! I do that but now I use the roller instead lol

I saw this on the TV show Catfish when Kammie (the co-host) was using it. Bought it and it has been great to use for headaches vs large ice packs. Nice personal size.

Although the roller is a plastic piece, it doesn’t stay cold long at all. But for the price I think it’s worth it for a quick application.

I use this everyday. Wakes me up in the morning. Helps with sun burn. & relieves redness in my cheeks
