I really enjoy this product! I mostly use it for my face even though it can help with aches and pain. Been using it for a little over a week every night to help with my acne and the results are promising. Any pimples that are forming this product reduces the size and once I wake up the blemish is barely there. You could use it alone or with other serums as well your choice.

I put the roller in a zip bag and kept in my freezer. It feels really cool on my skin. When I am close to my period my body retains lots of water so I will use this on my puffed up face. every month It is also good before applying make up. Really cool.
