> 3 dayMy daughter is a very tiny 20 months and at the lowest seat position this is perfect for her to walk flat footed. It is very light weight as well. I had a strider bike for my older son and was planning to get one for my daughter, however, the price has more than doubled in the last few years. I had paid a little more than $40 for his. This balance bike is just as good, if not better. No need to hesitate to buy it. My husband and 6 year old had any easy time putting the bike together for her.

> 3 dayGuys I love this bike. I got one for my 4 year old and my 1.5 year old. It’s still alittle big for the 1.5 year old but I have the seat as low as it goes and she already has the hang of it. She can carry it when she needs to and it’s just a great little bike. I’m happy I spent the money I did on this rather than going for the name brands

> 3 dayChances are if you’re reading reviews you are serious about buying a balance bike for your little one. I’ve done the homework and looked on every site imaginable, and when I decided to take the plunge on this bike, I can assure you I made the right decision. The ALUMINUM body was one of the main selling points, and the non air tires and padded seat were the others. I looked and looked and looked and I can say with confidence that the name brand ‘Strider’ bike was not worth the extra $100 I would have spent considering that they use steel frames and the paint looks very opaque and cheap compared the the anodized aluminum finish of the Lava bike. ALSO, as a certified welder I was very impressed with the tig welding on the frame of this bike; it’s actually very good considering factory production. For $50 I truly feel that you will not find a higher quality better made bike than this one. For this reason alone is why I am taking the time to write this review, because everyone needs to know that they don’t need to buy a ‘Strider’ if they want a quality balance bike for their lil one. Thank you LAVA! Even the “LAVA” logo is silk screened on the bike! Not a cheap sticker... I’ll recommend this bike to anyone anytime the subject has arisen.

> 3 dayMy daughter loves her new bike. It’s very lightweight, light enough for her to pick up. She’s cautious when riding the bike, but this will give her the confidence to ride a two wheeler in no time.

> 3 dayVery few parts to put together, bike is super light. Grandson loves it. Handle bars tend to come off center if landed on hard enough,, be sure to check tightness

> 3 dayThis wasnt terribly difficult to assemble although the directions were kind of difficult to follow and I had to hammer on some of the parts and also hammer part of the metal so the seat would slide on (it was a bit warped). It ended up working out fine and my son loves this bike. I appreciate that the tires are puncture-proof but it seems like the plastic on the tires could get worn quickly using this on pavement. I do appreciate how lightweight it is and it is easy to adjust the seat and handlebars. Overall seems great so far but I am curious to see how it holds up, as we dont plan to get my son another bike for about 2 years.

Greater than one weekIt was easy to assemble and so light! It was a gift for my 3 year old and he picks it up and carries it around with ease! He loves it and wants to ride bikes everyday. I do wish it had actual tires instead of plastic wheels but that is my fault I didn’t pay attention when ordering. It still rides fantastic!

> 3 dayProduct as described. Beautiful color. 3 year old loves it! Fits him and his two year old brother perfectly, and they can easily maneuver with it. Already balancing with feet off ground. His favorite toy now for several months. Much better quality than one I purchased from another vendor.

> 3 dayWe were extremely upset when we opened the bike and the seat had a tear on it, however I did email the vendor immediately and I want to say I am very impressed. They were prompt with an apology and did make a refund to the torn bike seat. I originally I gave a terrible review out of pure frustration, so I am glad to see this company does care about its customers. My daughter does love this bike so I will be supporting them in future needs for my other kids.
