Leatherio stepped up to the plate in replacing a problem I encountered with the bag placing a tremendous premium on customer satisfaction. The bag is thoughtful and efficiently designed. Great bag, great customer focused company.

I liked this satchel a lot; great size for me, handsome, and sturdy (I thought). But today, six months after purchase, one of the loops that hold the strap on broke, and the bag is now useless. Maybe a shoe repairman can figure a way to sew on a new loop, but Im disappointed.
