Awesome Harry Potter LEGO Set!

The Lego box arrived damaged.

This is a great lego set. I built it with my 5 and 6 year olds. Theyre a little young to do it alone so the age recommendation of 8+ is probably accurate to build this independently. As with all lego sets, the directions are clear and easy to follow. We have read the first Harry Potter book so they were very excited about making this. They love having the people to play with and always get so much playing time when their lego sets are some type of car. As others have said, this is on the small side but that didnt bother my boys at all.

Fun activity for the day. Instructions were well written and my ten-year-old was able to follow them on his own. Is little smaller than expected but the detail that it could have was really fun. Any Harry Potter fan would love this.

Lego set: 75957 - LEGO Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban Knight Bus. My initial thought about this was that it was kind of cool. The London buses were only double-deckers. This one from Harry Potter is a triple-decker! My kids easily put this 403 piece set together in less than 15 minutes. The bus is much more narrow that I thought it would be, and it was much smaller too. Aside from one large swinging door to expose the interior, theres not much ado with this set. Its not really giftable either unless its going to a Harry Potter fan. On the bright side, its over 90% purple blocks, which is not one of their base colors. I did pick this up while it was on sale (20% off RRP), but in hindsight, I should have held out. It is official Lego, and it is sold and shipped by Amazon, so it came quickly, no complaints there either.
