LEGO Ideas 21320 Dinosaur Fossils Building Kit (910 Pieces)

I received this as a gift, but I love of Lego and paleontology so this was perfect for me. It is definitely Lego and not a knock-off. I cannot wait to assemble it!

This set is great! My 9yo really enjoyed putting it together, and it made him feel like a real archeologist. The set was a little harder than some of his others, but I dont consider that a bad thing, just something to be aware of. The pieces need to be snapped in just right for everything to line up.

He put the dinosaur together first thing after his birthday party. He kept carrying it around with him for several days!

Bought this set for our 8 year old. He Loves it. He did have a few times where he messed up steps or couldnt quite figure out how a piece ( or pieces) fit together, but with some help, got them all done in about 2 days. The higher age range for this set, I believe, is due to the majority of the pieces being very tiny ones. Some are harder to snap into place than others, and may be harder for younger kids to get together. This set is really more for display than play. And not really meant to be repeatedly taken apart as most Lego sets are. Still, it comes with a mini figure of an archeologist, complete with *real* mini magnifying glass, mini tools, extra bones, a dino egg, and book so the imagination can still run pretty wild with this set. The head, neck and tails of the Dinos move slightly, so you can reposition them in slightly different ways. Overall, a great set for a dino / Lego lover.

We put them on a lego board and made a museum. Were having a great time with them. We put red legos on the eyes and said that the dinosaurs would wake up in the museum at night. So much fun

This set is really cool. I like that it has three skeletons of some of the most popular dinosaurs that arent too bad on assembly. As a bonus I like having a Lego Sapiens Minifig as well. The living archaeologist figure is pretty neat but not an overall necessary addition compared to the rest of the set but thats not a big deal compared to three really awesome dinosaurs.

lots of little pieces, took about 6 hours for me and my girlfriend to complete everything. would only recommend for teens and older

Challenging without being frustrating. Perfect size to display. A perfect gift for any child that loves LEGO and dinosaus. Was a big hit and I am now the best Grandma ever
