> 24 hourOne a scale of one to ten on difficulty this is about a six in difficulty. It is pretty okay to put together. I would say the stairs are a bit of the annoying part as there are so many small pieces to make the stairway. It is very difficult to keep the crystals from getting knocked off as well. A simple hit on the crystal will cause it to get dislodged from the clip. There are quite a few pieces and my nephew was able to basically assemble this in about four hours on his own. The building itself is quite large to be honest and there are actually a ton of small pieces to make it up which make it a bit fragile compared to many other of the lego parts. The design is actually really niced but all the small pieces on the side are a bit easy to break off. Regardless, it looks really nice. There are not real moving parts which is great. The crystal part is really nice looking and creative. There are also six lego figures included which is pretty awesome. It is two bad guy and four ninja character. You can fit the main villain on top of the building. I think the villain figures look the best. It looks like an oni villain and is the most detailed compared to many other devices. They all come with weapons and one of figures has four arms. I do not follow ninjago so I do not even know the characters by name or if they even have any names. Honestly the details on this set is really nice. It does not have too many stickers compared to many other ninjago legos. The building does not have any moving parts. It is fairly sturdy for the most part but dropping it will certainly break it. Overall I think this lego set is a more worth wild investment. It is more of a challenge to assemble compared to many other ninjago lego set while also giving you better figures as a result. The building itself can be a bit flimsy and easy to break apart if you are not careful. It has a nice purple and dark color and the ninja figures are great to add to the collection. I also like how the figures all have a unique look to them as well as having one figure with multiple arms.

> 24 hourIts not a creator style set, but one that is exactly positioned for the age range. And its complete...all the ninja are here. The set itself has some nifty features and does feature some interesting building techniques. Having Cole hanging upside down inside a crystal seems a little harsh to me, but such is the way of the Ninjago. However, it is not an extremely intricate set and does offer some room for improvisation. As with most LEGO, this is a well thought out set and offers a lot of flexibility. A fantastic addition to the Ninjago theme.

> 24 hourIt was a Christmas gift for my 11 yo son. He lives it! It took 2 days, little by little, to build it. He didnt have any problem with it and did everything by himself. The set consists of 6 bags. Its not a huge one, but definitely cool one.

> 24 hourThis arrived after Christmas...as expected. My grandson opened the box today 12-31-22. Much to his dismay he found: Missing pieces: One bag, stickers, and all the figures. One other bag was mislabled. A total mess and will be returned.

> 24 hourI bought this for both my sons- my 7 year old who put it together, and my 4 year old one enjoyed playing with it long after it was put together. My favorite kind of lego builds are ones with many characters and a central location that the minifigs can play on. The build itself took a few days for my 7 year old, but it was engaging and kept his interest. As is standard in many sets, each bag starts off with a new mini-fig, which really helps motivate the kids to continue the build. Half of the Ninjago season is out on Netflix, so it was also nice to be able to build this set while watching the season that it correlates with. I think the lego set gives away a bit of a spoiler for Ninjago fans, but toys releases sometimes do that anyway. I have had this set for almost 2 months- the kids like to break it apart and put parts of it back together. It has kept their attention for longer than most any other set that Ive got them, so that is a big win for us. This item is definitely worth it for lego fans, young and old!

> 24 hourI bought this set for $36, tax included. This set was on sale for like $72 and I used a couple of gift cards to lower the cost. I am a big fan of pink and the set looks much more impressive in person than in pictures. It comes with cool mini figures as well. The set offers great play value but also is a great display piece for adult fans of lego. Definitely recommend purchasing this set, try to look for it on sale! The seller listed it already at a discount for me because the box had some shelving scrapes and slight dents on the box, however it still came in better condition than the boxes of some other lego that were brand new LMAO.

> 24 hourThis Ninjago set would make a unique addition to any collection. It has the same quality that lego always has and there are a lot of unique pieces and figures within this set.

> 24 hourThis was a cool set for my boys to put together! They worked on it for a couple of days (its big!!) and then enjoyed playing with it for quite a while after. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, and it coordinates well with the other Ninjago sets.

> 24 hourI’m always impressed with the creativity of Lego designers and especially how, over the last few years, they’ve been incorporating popular building techniques from the fanbase into their sets. Not only does this set have a variety of mini figures, which is always a welcomed addition for added playtime, but also includes a tensegrity floating jail on the side of the palace. You have to see it for yourself or look it up to understand it, but this is a super cool feature which makes the jail look like it’s actually floating off the side of the palace. There is a collapsing staircase and floating stone platforms for the mini figures to jump across and a ton of cool looking crystal shard pieces. I also think it’s a clever use of mini figure body pieces for the crystal king’s design for having 4 arms. Any Ninjago lover is going to have hours of fun with this set!

> 24 hourI really like the crystallized theme for season 15 of Ninjago! The Crystal King Temple set is a playset, with two separate builds. This set actually reminds me a little of a previous Ninjago set, Empire Temple of Madness, because this one also has obstacles for the ninjas to overcome. The temple build has at least two traps: the stairs come apart and there is a trip rod by the nunchucks at the top. The throne build has the super cool pink crystal prison. I believe this is the first official example of the tensegrity technique, where it looks like a build is floating. The set has a ton of translucent dark pink pieces; that’s the main reason I like the crystallized theme. The pieces look very cool with this set, but I could also see using them on other builds (MOCs). The set has six minifigs. The Crystal King and a Vengestone Guard, and then the four exclusive versions of Cole, Zane, Kai, and Jay. The sticker sheet is minimal, and you don’t need to apply the stickers for the look and playability of the set.
